Terms & Booking Conditions
Last updated June 2026. These terms apply to bookings and to use of this website. The rate-specific terms shown to you at the time of booking in our booking engine take precedence where they differ.
Booking
Lodge stays are booked through our secure booking engine (Mews) or with our reservations team. We guarantee the best rate when you book direct. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
Arrival & departure
- Check-in is from 4pm (check-in days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday); check-out is by 11am.
- A two- or three-night minimum stay applies on most dates.
Payment, deposit & cancellation
Deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms are those set out for your chosen rate at the time of booking. You can cancel or change your booking online using the link in your confirmation email, subject to that rate's conditions; once cancelled you'll receive a confirmation. [LEGAL GAP: confirm the standard free-cancellation window, deposit amount and no-show terms, and state them here.]
Pets
All sixteen lodges are dog-friendly. A €50 cleaning fee applies per stay; please add your pet as an extra at the time of booking (pre-booking required).
Your stay & the estate
Please treat the lodges, the woodland and other guests with care. You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay. We ask guests to respect the peace of the estate, particularly at night. [LEGAL GAP: confirm maximum occupancy per lodge, any hen/stag or group policy, noise curfew and damage-deposit terms.]
Events & weddings
Weddings, exclusive-use bookings and events are arranged with our team under a separate agreement, with its own deposit, payment and cancellation terms confirmed in writing.
Liability
We take great care of our guests and the estate, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss, injury or damage except where caused by our negligence. The woodland, water and fire pits are enjoyed at your own risk; please follow on-site guidance. [LEGAL GAP: owner / solicitor to confirm the liability and insurance wording.]
